Port used by the DtCgfDispatcher's file transporter to receive order of battle and plan files from a DtVrfRemoteController. If the port requested cannot be opened, the next open port will be used. A value of zero indicates that VR-Link should choose an ephemeral port, which is automatically assigned by the system.

The only way to change the port is in the simulation engine. Edit:
cgfDispatcherReceivePort in the vrfSim.mtl located in ./appData/settings/vrfSim folder
